About Tai Chi and history of Tai ChiThe chief physician of the Chinese Emperor living in the 13th century entertained a historic doubt. Of all the living beings created by the God, human beings alone live with fear without knowing how to defend themselves from their fellow beings even though they are gifted with sixth sense. They are physically weak and afflicted with diseases. But the life style of animals is quite different. They are very strong in physique and they are capable of defending themselves. Chang San Feng was curious to find out this basic difference. Hence, he resigned from the office of the chief physician of the emperor and returned to the forest. He observed and analyzed the life style of the animals and birds with a peaceful mind and single minded purpose.

In the end, wisdom dawned upon him and he discovered that the birds and animals live in harmony with nature without any stress. Therefore, they are strong and are capable of defending themselves. But human beings weaken themselves through stress, undisciplined mind, irregular food habits and leading a life that is not in harmony with nature. Therefore they live in fear throughout their life. Chang San Feng received a divine gift from God to address these weaknesses of humanity. The divine gift is Tai chi.

Taichi unites human beings with God without stress, and helping them lead a life in harmony with nature. It helps them overcome the internal conflict and elevates their thinking. The natural flow of movements of Tai chi help the life giving oxygen reaching the every cell in the body. All the weak points in the body get rejuvenated.

Therefore, human beings get full strength and strong mind power to face life with courage. A healthy strong body with a healthy strong mind reaches God through noble thoughts. Those who learn and practice Taichi get released from fear and live in harmony with nature. They lead a happy and peaceful life with physical and spiritual strength to face sufferings, pain and enemies.

What is Chi?In traditional Chinese medicine, chi was believed to be the life force that runs through each individual.
Chi is an energy current that flows through the body's interior and exterior, as well as through physical objects. When your chi is strong, it courses through you and fills you with life and health.

When your chi is weak, it remains still and stagnant within your body.
As with any energy, chi cannot be created or destroyed. It is in a constant state of flux, flowing, evolving, and shifting into another form.

Chi is thought to be the ultimate measure of vitality.
Due to this, many use chi as a way to restore the mind and body to a natural, healthy state. It is a way of achieving zen and finding balance.

Why Chi is important ?It's believed that having strong chi energy can have a positive effect on our mental and physical health, and prevent the stressors of everyday life from impacting our being.

Having weak chi energy makes us more susceptible to negativity, which can cause our health, happiness, and overall life to deteriorate.

According to Chinese culture, chi is present in both the food we consume and the air we breathe. In order to connect the mind, body, and spirit, it flows with our blood and becomes a part of us.

It can have an impact on our thoughts, feelings, and dreams as it travels to our brains. It transcends our physical boundaries and develops into something that is both spiritual and visceral. So it is very important to keep our chi energy in balance.

The secret is amazingly simple. Like many things in life, the deep truth can be simple but profound. The secrets of tai chi are embedded in the set of principles that are based on the law of nature, traditional Chinese medicine, and martial arts.

How to balance your Chi energy ?There are many mind-body practices for restoring your chi energy, but tai chi is the most simple and effective way to restore it that can be practiced by anyone at any age.

Tai Chi works on three main energy centers in your body: the lower dantien, the middle dantien, and the upper dantien.

The lower dantien, located in your lower abdomen between the navel and pubic bone, corresponds to the physical nature or center of your body.
The middle dantien, located in the center of your chest and around your heart, is related to your emotional states.
The upper dantien, located in your forehead between your eyebrows and around your brain, relates to your intuition and spiritual life.

In order for you to be healthy and to feel whole, all three centers must work together to be in alignment with one another.

Balancing your chi comes not only from within but also from your surroundings.
Like in your body, chi should be able to flow freely around and through your home without experiencing any blockages or leakages.

Who can practice Tai Chi?Tai chi can be practised by everyone, regardless of age. You can practise Tai chi as long as you are pain-free when standing and moving around. Even when seated, simply let your instructor know about your limitations so that they might suggest accommodations.

Due to the slow and calm nature of tai chi, people struggling with a disability can adjust their movements to suit their level of activity. Tai chi is especially great for people who want to gradually intensify their physical activity over time.

Remote healingAlthough Tai Chi sessions are normally held in a real studio or location, many instructors are also providing online Tai Chi classes.
As with Reiki and Chakra healing, taking an online Tai Chi lesson is seen as a type of remote healing or distance healing.
Teachers conduct their online classes exactly the same way they would in a real classroom, with the exception that it is done via live video streaming.

The nicest thing about working remotely is that you can do it in a comfortable setting, such as your own house, backyard, or wherever you are. You can join an instructor in a class in less than an hour by setting one up on a laptop, tablet, or phone.

Does Remote healing really Work ?Distance healing, also known as "remote healing," is the relaxing transfer of energy from a practitioner to the recipient, no matter where they happen to be.

Distance healing has the ability to be effective without the need for physical presence and can be felt across any distance. Take an online Tai Chi class.

Experience it for yourself, and you may come away with a feeling of deep relaxation, mental clarity, and centeredness in a very short time.
